SHIPPING  

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? 

House of Krishathi currently ships nationwide within Australia.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

This depends on the item, where you live and our stock! We usually despatch within 3 to 5 business days. Once despatched, you will be notified of the tracking details. You should be able to track your items directly.

CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORDER? 

You absolutely can change your shipping address after the order has been placed – just contact us via email or WhatsApp on +61 403641119. However, it’s not possible to change addresses once the order has been shipped. 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED? 

Your order is insured whilst in transit to the shipping address, however, once signed for, it’s no longer covered by insurance. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

House of Krishathi accepts returns for damaged or incorrect goods. Please contact us and we will make every effort to facilitate the returns process.  

We currently DO NOT accept returns for change of mind.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL? 

All orders that have been successfully placed will be accompanied by an order confirmation via email. This should come through within an hour of purchase and can sometimes land in the junk or spam folder so don't forget to look in there!

AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK - WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN? 

Contact us with the name and image of the item and we will give you a rough idea of whether the item will be available. Sometimes, we may not be able to bring back the same stock. It all depends on availability.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM? 

Online shopping can be tricky when it comes to finding your size. We generally follow Indian size charts.
