Returns, Refund and Exchange Policies

We have No Refund No exchange & No Return Policy

We DONOT offer Refund, Returns or Exchange for the below reasons.

  1. Change of mind
  2. Colour difference. We aim to take quality pictures and post on website and other social media. However, there may be difference in colours that you see on the Website/Phone or any other device to how it appears when delivered.
  3. Weaving dissimilarities

We only replace items if wrong item is delivered. If you need to exchange for a wrong item, you should get in touch by emailing us on or WhatsApp on 0403641119

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You should take a photo immediately and email it to us within 24hours of receipt of the item. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed. If you don’t wish to buy the same item, you can choose another item of the same value or higher value and pay the difference. Items of lesser value will not be allowed.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.
